This is our take on the Canadian No bake Nanaimo bar. It’s named after the city of Nanaimo, on Vancouver Island. We usually make a mint version, It consists of three layers: A chocolate coconut biscuit base, a mint custard filling covered with a Belgian dark chocolate ganache.
